BREAKING NEWS!!!      SEVEN SEAS IS MOVING!!!!!!!!       BREAKING NEWS!!!

Yes we are pulling up stakes and moving - but only a stone throw away! If you have visited our web site or dropped in the store in the last two weeks you know the news: We are moving our shop just down the road in Altamonte Springs to Assured Self Storage Office Suites at 510 Douglas Avenue (Suite No. coming soon!):

We are moving

If you haven't heard by now we are changing locations! I know, your saying... Again!

Everybody knows things have been tough, that's why we downsized last year. Things are improving but it is going to take some time yet. We are working hard to provide you with the best service and selection we can and we want to thank everyone who supported us this year. The hard truth is that we need to reduce costs to stay in line with our revenue. We are approaching this in several ways.

First, the move. We have found a great place to move to, not far from where we are now, 510 Douglas Ave in Altamonte Springs. We don't have the suite number yet, but will in the next week or so. We will post a map on our location page very soon. It is a smaller place but very accessible and we are sure you will like it as much as we do. We don't expect to be closed for any extended period.

Along with the move we are changing some of the ways we serve you.

We are setting up systems off site so we can propagate corals and better quarantine livestock.

We have been looking for new livestock suppliers and now have a direct source for Florida Keys fish and invertebrates. Our current suppliers are working with us so we can get more colorful and unusual corals at prices you can afford.

We are negotiating with drygoods and equipment manufacturers so we can get better pricing as well as better products.

If you have been in the store lately you have heard about our new Service Program. We will offer free home delivery and service at your convenience. We are excited about this new concept and already have a number of our regular customers signed up! We are working hard to get our store drygood inventory put online in a new shopping cart so that you can browse from home for your aquarium needs, select the item(s) you need and send to us via email.  You will have the choice of free home delivery OR come down and pick up your items, ready to go, at the store!  For our water customers this will save you lots of hassle! We will also post our current livestock online for preorder!

To provide the new service we will be changing our store hours. We will let you know in the next week or so what they will be.

We have received great reviews on our new website. We still have a lot to learn but more content and new features are on the way. We are working on the New Arrivals section to give you better pictures and more information about the livestock. We are developing a better Products section so you know what we have in the store at all times. Early next year we will be offering online shopping for our Service Program and local customers. We will be working hard to provide useful articles about the hobby and the aquarium industry in general so you can stay up to date with whats happening.

Now is a great time to stop in the store. We will be clearing out lots of things and there will be bargains to be had!

We want to thank all our customers, both regular and new, for your support. We are looking forward to next year and will do our very best to be your source for all you aquarium needs.

We plan on being open for business the first week of January 2010. The new location is small but we will pack it full of drygoods, fish, coral and inverts and our attention to customer service and healthy livestock will remain as strong as ever!   We hope to make the feel of our shop more of a 'boutique' with a much better selection of colorful coral frags to choose from.  We plan to be very selective in our livestock inventory bringing you only the most colorful, healthy specimens at the the best prices!

Here are some examples of the colorful coral frags you will soon see at Seven Seas:

Australian Acan Lords in all colors

Unusual Acans in orange and green

Australian Chalices in a rainbow of colors

Australian Brains

Corals like these and much more coming soon! We will strive to provide an ever changing array of fish, coral and inverts from every ocean!

In the meantime, be sure to check our Latest Arrivals page on the web site for fish/cora/inverts we have in stock now:
