Greetings from Seven Seas Aquarium!

In this issue we want to let you know about the changes we are making in the store and how they will enable us to give you the best service possible.

First, let me dispel the rumor that we are out of business. We did move in January. If you haven't found us by now find directions here. We are still hanging in there. So many businesses have closed or changed dramatically and we are glad to be open in whatever capacity we can. We have our loyal customers to thank for that and we thank everyone for their words of encouragement and support through these difficult times.

We have taken everything we were doing before and doing it better! We have changed our suppliers so we can get in livestock in small batches on short notice helping us keep shipping costs down. This means we will keep a selection of fish and corals that we our customers ask for and they will change weekly so there is always something new to see in the store. We will keep almost all tank raised fish available from ORA and C-Quest and a variety of smaller fish that we know everyone wants. Special orders are easy to do now so getting a larger fish or an uncommon one will be easier and cheaper.

One of our new additions is our Service Program. It is innovative and directed to making our store better for our customers. Find our more about it here. I'm sure you will find this service useful. We have already signed up a good number of customers and so far the reviews are good. I will post some soon!

As the service program picks up steam we are finding it difficult to keep the store schedule the same. So beginning Monday, March 1st we will be available by phone on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you need something call us at the store number which is now a cell phone number. We will meet you at the store or come see you at home to take care of your needs. Wednesday through Sunday we will be manning the store although we may adjust hours if needed. Shorter store hours doesn't mean less service. The new schedule will be posted on the website soon.

Our website hasn't been getting as much attention as it should and we apologize for that. Now that we are more settled you will be seeing new content and better features like a shopping cart.If you have any suggestions just let us know!

Now I would like to ask for a small favor. It is hard to gauge the effectiveness of this newsletter. We have over 250 subscribers and our software lets us know that they are received but not if they are read. If you are reading this you are at least curious. If you would shoot me an reply and let me know.

That's all for now. If you have any questions feel free to let us know.

Thanks,

Jim
