Welcome to the NEW Seven Seas Aquarium Newsletter!!

We are happy to announce the new Seven Seas Aquarium web site and Online Community is up and running! For those of you who have not been to our new web site yet, we have recently upgraded to Web 2.0 technology to bring you the most advanced interactive web presence available by any aquarium store in the State of Florida!

Seven Seas Community

Perhaps the biggest feature available on our new web site is the Seven Seas Community. As our gift to our customers, we have provided a unique member area rich with articles, species profiles, coral information, user profiles, user galleries, blogging and messaging and much more! A value added bonus to becoming a participating member of our Community you will receive a 10% DISCOUNT on ALL drygoods and livestock in the store!

All we ask in return for our Community program is participation. Add a profile, post some pics (if you need help, see the great article farther down this newsletter for resizing and uploading images), and become an active member of the Community. For those already registered who haven't visited the site, or posted information about themselves or their tanks, please join in today! You won't be able to take advantage of the discounts and special offers available to Community members!

Enrollment in our Community is open ONLY to current Seven Seas customers, and is by invitation only.  As you are on our mailing list, and have been a valuable customer within the last several months, you are eligible to join our Community. All you have to do is stop by the store during regular business hours

and give us your name and your email address. Or, send an email to jim@sevenseasaquarium.com with your name and current email address. You will receive an email containing your Login information, so be sure to provide a valid email and check it regularly for this information. Seven Seas Gold Community Program

gold_community_programSeven Seas Aquarium is delighted to offer  its customers a very unique, one of a kind, Customer Care platform. Joining our Community Program enables customers to login to this site and access a very useful, rewarding and expansive range of  functions that are not available to the casual visitor.

Finding answers to your everyday and not so everyday questions can be difficult. The internet has thousands of places to look, and generally just as many opinions.  Seven Seas Aquarium Community Members now have a one stop option.

Seven Seas Aquarium Community Members enjoy a range of features that include, but are not limited to;

  • Dedicated, easy, quick and efficient access to expert support, guidance and recommendations driven by Seven Seas Aquarium Staff, Aquarium Industry Representatives and other members of the Gold Community.
  • Seven Seas Team Support on your products and services purchased from Seven Seas Aquarium.
  • Access to a wide volume of Community content, features and articles that are NOT available to the general browsing public.
  • Special posting priviledges for listing your equipment and aquarium inhabitants. Share and show off your system in a safe and secure environment with like-minded local hobbyists.
  • Profile Gallery that allows Clients to add up to 100 digital images which you may use to showcase the development of your system over time; To browse, view, review, comment and learn from media submitted by other Community Gold clients.
  • A 'Facebook' style comments Wall where clients can comment, hint, ask questions and update one another on all aspects of the aquarium hobby.

Online Customer Support

As technology has grown, so has our web site. We now offer Live Online Customer Support! If you are online and need assistance with something on the site, or just want to ask us a question, the Seven Seas Team will be available during business hours (and often later) to assist you. Just look for the little box on the left hand side of our web page.

Our web site also allows us to add an ever-growing library of articles and species profiles. We are adding new content on an almost daily basis, some of which is EXCLUSIVE to Community members. One more reason to register TODAY for our Community!
